By using this application, you agree to the following terms:

1. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use the application for the following purposes:

• Transmission of illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
• Harassment, intimidation, or abuse of other users
• Distribution of spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Infringement of copyrights or other intellectual property rights
• Any activities that violate applicable law

2. User-Generated Content

For all content you create, the following applies:

• You are solely responsible for the content you publish
• Offensive, abusive, or illegal content is strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content without prior notice

3. Reporting Violations

Users can report offensive content or abusive behavior as follows:

• Use the integrated reporting function in the application
• Contact our support team at support@luckycloud.de

4. Consequences of Violations

In the event of violations of this agreement, we reserve the following actions:

• Removal of the relevant content
• Warning the user
• Temporary or permanent suspension of the user account
• Legal action in the case of serious violations

5. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to change this agreement at any time.
Continued use of the application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
