Where do I need to log in?

How can I create an address book?

  1. Log in to the Office area at https://office.luckycloud.de/.
  2. Click on the "Address Book" icon at the top right of the image.
  3. Next to "Address Books" on the left side of the image, click on the "+" symbol.
  4. Enter a name for the address book and click "OK".

How can I add a contact?

  1. Log in to the Office area at https://office.luckycloud.de/.
  2. Click on the "Address Book" icon at the top right of the image.
  3. Under the dark green options field, you will find the green "Add" icon. Click on it.
  4. Click on the "Create a new address card" icon and fill in the required information.
  5. Click on the green "Save" icon (top right) to complete the process.

How can I sort an address book?

  4. Sort your address book as desired.

How do I create a link to the address book?

  2. Click on the "Address Book" icon at the top right of the image.
  3. For example, click on "Personal Address Book" on the three vertical dots and select "Links to this address book".
  4. Copy the displayed link and send it to the desired person.

How can I rename an address book?

  1. Log in to the Office area at https://office.luckycloud.de/.
  2. Click on the "Address Book" icon at the top right of the image.
  3. For example, click on "Personal Address Book" on the three vertical dots and select "Rename".
  4. Enter the desired name and save it.

How can I add user rights to the address book?

  1. Log in to the Office area at https://office.luckycloud.de/.
  2. Click on the "Address Book" icon at the top right of the image.
  3. For example, click on "Personal Address Book" on the three vertical dots and select "Shares".
  4. Now you can choose between the following two options:
    • "All authenticated users" (luckycloud users)
    • "Public access" (users who do not have a luckycloud account)

  1. Enter the email address of the desired user in the top field "Add user".
  2. If you want to share your address book with "All authenticated users", open the drop-down menu and assign the following rights:
    • "This person can view address cards of this address book."
    • "This person can add new address cards to this address book."
    • "This person can modify existing address cards in this address book."
    • "This person can delete address cards from this address book."

  1. If you want to share your address book via the "Public access" option, open the drop-down menu and, if necessary, assign the right "This person can view address cards of this address book".

  1. Finally, click "Save" to share your address book.

How can I import contacts?

  4. Please select a vCard or an LDIF file and click "Upload".

  4. Save the file.
