How do I create a new Space in luckychat?
For communication with your partners or customers, it is advisable to use the Spaces in luckychat. Here you can consolidate your chats and build private as well as public communities. Spaces in luckychat offer you the opportunity to create topic-related areas and thus structure communication in a targeted manner.
To create a new Space, click on the plus sign in the left column of your home view. Check if the checkmark is set to “Space”, enter a name, and optionally select a profile picture.
By clicking on “New Space”, you create it and the icon appears on your home page in the left column.
To complete the setup of your new Space, click on the corresponding icon and then on the three dots to access the configuration of the Space. Select “Invite” to add the desired users to the Space.
By clicking on “Invite”, your selected users will receive a notification to join, which they can accept, decline, or block.
To clearly structure your Space, it is best to create additional groups and add the desired users.
Click on the newly created group to set further details and invite members. Once you have created the group, you are automatically the administrator of the group. Once your invited contacts have confirmed the request, you can start the conversation in the group.
