How do I create an account with luckycloud?

You are not yet sure whether luckycloud suits you? In order to convince yourself of our comprehensive offer and service, you have the possibility to test luckycloud 14 days for free first !

To get started, you first need a luckycloud account. You can find out how to create one in this article. To do this, first call our website.

There you will find the option "Test 14 days for free ", click on that button. In the next step you will be asked to decide which package you want to test. The following options are available:

• individual user
• team

as well as:

• monthly payment
• annual payment

1. Choose the package that suits you best . Don't worry - Afterwards you can customize your luckycloud account to your individual needs at any time. Each account starts with a 14-day free trial period, which is not automatically extended. You should decide for yourself whether you want to stay with luckycloud or not.

How would you like to use the luckycloud? As pure cloud storage or additionally with mail?

a) Create account with cloud storage:

2. Enter your e-mail address. Please note that you must already select the e-mail address with which you would like to use luckycloud for your test account.
3. assign yourself a password.
4. after reading and accepting the terms and conditions, you will end up in the customer dashboard - done!

b) Create account with cloud storage and mail:

2. give yourself your very own luckycloud email address by choosing a username and checking availability. Now you will be asked to enter an external email address. This will only be used to validate and restore your account if you forget your password.
3. in the next step, enter the validation code that was sent to your email address.
4. finally assign yourself a password.
5. after reading and accepting the terms and conditions, you will be taken to the customer dashboard.
6. to activate your mail account, for security reasons you have to ask our support once for a security code. Click on "Verify" in your dashboard. Please call our support at +49(0)30 257 405 39 and get the code by phone. Enter the six-digit code and confirm your entry. Done!
