If you are already a luckycloud customer, you can easily add luckychat in your dashboard. Navigate to the tile “Your Account” and click on “Manage & Pay”. Activate the toggle in the “Chat” section and click on “Add Chat” to configure the service.
We want you to be convinced by luckycloud at your own pace, so you have the opportunity to test luckychat for free for 14 days. To create a new account, visit the luckycloud website and click on “Free Trial” in the top menu.
Select the option “Communication Tools” and click on “Next”.
By clicking on “Chat & Meeting” and confirming with “Next”…
…you will reach the individual configuration of your chat solution. Select the “Chat” tab at the top and use the sliders to adjust the number of people, storage space, and duration to suit your needs.
By clicking on “Summary” you can review your entries once again. Your account starts with a 14-day free trial period, which is not automatically extended. You decide whether you want to stay with luckycloud.
Finally, enter the email address you want to use for your luckycloud account and set a password. Then click on the “Create Account” button – and you're ready to go!
