Server Migration

Changing the Server Address for Synchronization or Drive Client, NAS Sync, Mobile App, and WebDAV


Access via Web Browser:


Synchronization Client:

  • Please open the Sync Client.
  • If the login screen is visible, please click on “Cancel”.
  • Click on the profile icon at the top left within the Sync Client.
  • Now select your account with the mouse and click on “Account Settings”.
  • Change the server address to “https://sync.luckycloud.de” and click on “OK”.
  • Go to “Login” and enter your password.
  • Right-click on each synchronized directory and select “Resync” and then “OK”.

Important: After the change, please right-click on the synchronized directories and select the last option “Resync”.


Drive Client (Video Guide Drive Client):

  • Please open the settings by right-clicking on the program icon of the Drive Client.
  • Select your account under “Accounts”.
  • Click on “Delete” and confirm the deletion process.
  • Then go back to “Accounts” and then “Add Account”.
  • In the “Server” field (at the very top), you can enter the new server address https://sync.luckycloud.de.
  • Enter your email and password and click on “Login”.

Mobile App:

  • Please long-press the existing account and then select “Delete” or, if available, click on “Edit”.
  • Now add a new account and log in again.
  • The new server address is: https://sync.luckycloud.de

WebDAV Interface:

  • Please change the domain in your upload and download links.
  • For example, https://storage.luckycloud.de/f/74bccb59b0ea41bdb54b/ becomes https://sync.luckycloud.de/f/74bccb59b0ea41bdb54b/.

Upload and Download Links:

  • Please change the domain in your upload and download links.
  • For example, https://storage.luckycloud.de/f/74bccb59b0ea41bdb54b/ becomes https://sync.luckycloud.de/f/74bccb59b0ea41bdb54b/.
