Customize luckymeet

What individual customization options does luckymeet offer?

1. In the “Public Chat” of your meeting, all participants can write and read messages.

2. In the “Shared Notes,” all participants can add and edit their notes. By clicking on the three dots, you also have the option to convert the notes into a presentation or pin them to the whiteboard.

3. By clicking on the gear icon next to the participants, you as the organizer and moderator can set the rights of other participants.

4. The “Create Breakout Rooms” function allows you to divide participants into different groups during the meeting for short group work or brainstorming sessions.

5. By clicking on the plus sign at the bottom left of your video conference, you have additional settings options:

• Upload or manage presentations
• Share an external video
• Select a random participant
• Activate the timer or stopwatch
• Open the layout settings
• Share your camera as content

6. The centrally located icons at the bottom of the window allow you to turn your microphone and camera on and off or share your screen or a selected window.

   The hand icon allows you to give hand signals or share emojis as a reaction to what is being discussed with other participants.

   By clicking on the presentation icon on the far right, you can start a joint presentation for all participants.

7. By selecting the three dots at the top right of your video conference, you have additional options available:

• Use luckymeet as a full-screen application
• Adjust further settings such as font sizes, notifications, or languages
• View version information
• Refer to the luckycloud Knowledge Base for questions
• Use defined keyboard shortcuts
• Adjust your layout settings
• Leave the conference
• End the conference for all participants

How can I edit my profile in luckymeet?

To edit your profile, click on the arrow next to your username at the top right in the luckymeet overview and select “Profile.”

Here you can adjust your displayed name, upload an avatar or profile picture, or change your password. You can also delete your luckymeet account here.
