Create and Set Up a Mail Account
How do I create a mail account or add mail to my account?
Add luckycloud Mail to my account
If you are already a luckycloud customer and now want to additionally use our mail service, you are in the right place.
- First, you need to go to your "Dashboard".
- Click on "Manage and Pay".
- Navigate to "luckycloud Mail" and activate the toggle.
- Now, please enter your configuration.
- To apply the changes, if you have enough remaining term, you can pay for your changes with the remaining term by clicking on "Adjust". Otherwise, please click on "Pay for this configuration".

Create a new luckycloud Mail account
If you do not yet have a luckycloud account, you can also use luckycloud Mail.
- Go to luckycloud.de
- Click on "Try for free for 14 days"
- Select "luckycloud Mail"
- Enter your email address.
- Add a password and confirm the terms and conditions.
- You will now land in your dashboard.
